「中山大學動物實驗教育訓練」學後評核測驗為瞭解學員參訓後之學習成效，特以此測驗卷評核，敬請依下列評量敍述依序選填，謝謝。 註： 1.測驗時間60分鐘，學員須於60分鐘限定時間內填畢並繳交答案。 2.每人不限作答次數。 3.本課程看完教材且課後測驗通過、完成問卷，始得頒予本校IACUC核發之結業合格證書。 (合格證書於中山大學IACUC網頁公布)。 "Post-training Assessment for Continuing Education and Training in Animal Experimentation at Sun Yat-sen University is conducted to evaluate the learning effectiveness of participants. Please select and fill in the following assessment items in order. Thank you. Note: 1. The assessment time is 60 minutes, and participants must complete and upload their answers within the specified time. Once the IACUC form is closed for submission, those who have not uploaded their answers will be considered absent, and no objections will be accepted. 2. Participants are not limited in the number of attempts. 3. Full attendance in this course and passing the post-training assessment are required to receive the graduation certificate issued by the IACUC of our university.
