All products, services, or activities are all projects which needed to be managed with a set of specific knowledge, skills tools and techniques. This course introduces the basic concepts and methods of project management including project planning and control, schedule planning and control, project cost estimation, project quality management, project outsourcing, risk management, project performance evaluation, project portfolio management and agile project management.
